First Peptide cycle.......need help on which peptides to take.

Can anyone lay out a good first peptide cycle for soemone to take. I have read up on many different peptides such as cjc 1295a, ifg 1, hgf, etc..... I want to know which ones should I take for first cycle.

month1-5 100mcg 3x a day GHRP2
month1-5 100mcg 3x a day sermorelin

or
igf1 des 15-20mcg 2x a day for 4-8ish weeks
