First Test Cyp Cycle

lets get right to it...
been training for about 5 years now
6'3" 200 lbs
24 years old
I'm thinking a first cycle of 8 wk test cyp about 400mg a week, 200 on Monday morning and 200 on Thursday night.
I need some help with post cycle therapy (pct) tho, I can get Nolva or Clomid. As far as eating goes I get about 5 or 6 solid meals a day, any help on post cycle therapy (pct) is appreciated, thanks guys
 
Give us more details about your diet. 200 seems a bit light for 6'3". What's your BF%. It's generally recommended that a person not dabble with AAS until they are at their genetic max. Do you feel you are at your genetic max? Also, scrap 8 weeks. Go for 12. The test cyp won't even really kick in full force until week 5 or 6. I'll let other comment on post cycle therapy (pct) as I'm just cruisin' on my TRT.

Songe Bob your slippin 400 will treat him right! Bro post macros on your diet this is where its at ok! so pop 2g protien per lb BMI Keeps carbs roughy half that excluding 15 to 20% fat in the Crab equasion and come back in 3 month with that big ass grin saying Thanks!

Go for 10-12. 8 is cheating yourself.

thanks for the advice guys, Im either thinking a 10-12 wk cycle of test cyp or a 4-6 wk cycle of test prop, any thoughts on the short cycle vs the long one? ive heard that while your gains aren't as big you retain them much easier than with a longer cycle. and thanks for the tip essays theres alot of good info on the stickies I shoulda checked there first

haha! I meant 200lbs (weight), not 200mg! Sorry for any confusion!

why would the gains be not as big? its a longer cycle...you will gain more in 12 then you will in 6. But when you start running really long cycles then its not about huge gains but rather about kicking homeostasis in the nuts!
