Hey all, I first just wanna say thanks for all the great info I have gained form this site as I was doing my research. I am in my 4th week of my test cyp cycle and just have a few questions I am looking for some clarification. But first my stats & cycle. 24 years old, 5'7" 183lb and body fat 14%
Week 1-8: Test Cypionate 250mg every Monday and Thursday
Week 3-5: Winny 30mg/day
Week 6-8: Winny 40mg/day
Week 10-14: PCT w/ Toremifene
I know an 8 week cyp cycle isn't optimal but I am going out of the country for a week and for obvious reasons don't plan on taking it with me.
Q1: I already have gyno, had it since high school. Most people say to take an AI but others say don't worry about an AI unless you start to get tingling sensation in your nips or when they hurt from your shirt rubbing them. Is that what I should be looking for or would soreness in the general area around the nips be a sign of gyno as well?
Q2: I have a buddy I work with who is in med school to be a cardiologist and was talking with me about test and said it would be a good idea to drink those little emergen-c packets that help boost your immune system b/c taking test will lower your immune system and can make you more susceptible to being sick. I have tried researching it but haven't really found anything on it. I was under the assumption your immune system would be stronger on test but I really have no idea. what do you guys say??
Thats all I can think of at the moment if anything else comes to mind I'll post it up. Thanks.
