Hi guy
Firstly I am 24 years old, weight 75kg and 175cm tall
I used to work out regularly 3 to 5 days a week.. stopped for about a year and started again once or twice a week for the last 2 months. My job involves carrying loads of upto 60kg up and down stairs for about 6 hours a day so i guess that is a workout and I do that 4 days a week.... anywho I am planning on going to gym 4-5 times a week for a few weeks before starting a oral cycle for my first time and continuing 4-5 days at the gym whilst on the cycle, and maybe reduce gym sessions between cycles. for second cycle i would want to move onto injectible steroids.
for my fist oral cycle i am planning to use:

along with milk thistle, lipoic acid and cod liver oil.
my weight might be a bit low which is why ive just increased my diet to 3000-4000 calories a day and eating lots of peanut butter, fruit, dairy, fresh meat and whey protein, i would push calories upto 5000 calories if needed during the cycle
advise would be greatly appreciated on all of the above
Also any advise on a reliable source for buying what i need... thanks
