I hope you mean mg and not ml. I have no personal experience but I've read there is no benefit in doing over 30 mg a day even though lean body mass gains have been seen at 5 mg a day. I've also read that you need to run at least 8 weeks, but 4 months on 3 months seems good. But with how much information is out there just do what you do and let us know how it goes and what worked and what didn't.
