I am 28 year old female, 5 '10, and 135 lbs. I have been working out for 7 years. I have never been have never been happy with my legs. Someone suggested trying Winstrol. I have never used anything before. Should I be worried about liver damage? Should I mix another substance with the winstrol? I will be thankful for any advice!

Are you a guy or a girl? Because you posted to the woman's forum but your profile says you're a guy.

I'd look for a different alternative. Steroids don't help you "spot reduce" and simply get you a better "fill in the blank". I'd suggest posting what your workouts look like and what your diet consists of and I can bet someone here will give you some great advice on modifying both to get you your results.

Agreed.

As for your training, squats are great for legs and ass.

Would someone please help me with my question? I just want to know if I should take anything with the winstrol.

If used at low to moderate dosages for relatively short periods of time it should be fairly safe in terms of hepatoxicity. However there are always certain precautions you should take to minimize any risk of harm.

No you do not need to take anything else along with winstrol in terms of anabolics. Some supplements for liver support would be a good idea however. But winstrol is rather a harsh compound to run for your first time. Is that the only steroid you have available to you? I would think anavar would be a better choice for first time use.

I have never been happy with my legs.
join the club lol...
anyway, what does your diet look like? the lower body is a stubborn fat-storage are for most women; if your diet isn't in check it will be hard to see results no matter what you're taking. what is your BF%, what is your caloric intake, and how many times a day are you eating? all of this will help determine what you should change in your current plan...

Would you please stop being so selfish and concentrate more on the fact that other people know your legs are beautiful?

And I have to give it to you. You have the most beautiful form on squats that I have ever seen. Do you teach others how to do it that way? Because it would be a damn shame if not.

unimitated: The vast majority of men and women out there have no idea how to train properly, much less eat properly. Just my opinion, but you've come across a great board with people that know their shit when it comes to this stuff. You might want to get some advice on your routine here and perhaps go insofar as to post a clip to get advice on your form.

Maybe I should keep my mouth shut because I really don't know a whole lot about body building. But I do know that the PLs I see have more better legs than 99% of the people in the gyms that only go to the gym for reasons of appearance. Nothing wrong with that, but I think these people are doing the wrong routine to meet their goals.

hahahahahah i think i love you. i have to admit that i had an awesome coach on squatting. i don't really teach it to others a lot since i don't train many pl'ers; normal populations don't usually break parallel on squats. to define the leg/hip/glute area, heavy squats, lunges and stiff legged deadlifts are the absolute most effective exercises. but again, if you're eating like crap you won't see the results you're looking for...ever.
unimitated, you don't sound like you have very much muscle mass to begin with; 5'10'' at 135 is TINY compared to most women who lift. (as opposed to, oh, 5'6'' @ 155 LOL). you could prolly put on quite a bit of muscle and still look long, lean and feminine. PM me if you want to send some pics for an honest critique, and we'll work you out a plan.
