Wouldnt run tren e if u have never run tren before, run tren a, and 600mg tren is a lot for first time users, u coukd get great gains off 50-75mg ed running your test low at 200 or 250mg a week, I just woukd start out wih tren a cuase if u start to get bad sides atleast tren a is outta your system within days unlike tren e 2 weeks

I tend to agree. I'm running my first tren cycle, and the protocol has become somewhat of a dose-ranging study. By that I mean, I was so scared of the sides that I started at 300 per week with 250 per week of Test cyp. I'm using Pinn products and know they are working well, but I've upped my dose to 400mg Tren E per week and 600mg Test cyp.
I'm definitely seeing some acne on my jaw and neck. But I slept seven hours last night with no sleeping aid. I'm getting cut and getting stronger, and honestly, my diet is all over the place. (I'm just an old guy trying to get stronger in a couple lifts, so not too worried about how I look, but damn, I look better than I have in 15 years.).
I've been under the gun professionally, giving some real high-stress web-ex presentations to our national teams. I've had some intense job interviews that I seem to have aced. I don't think I'm seeing any significant mental deterioration. The only emotional paranoia I have experienced is when my wife is on her period and its like she just doesn't appreciate my penis like she really loves it. I mean, she doesn't even talk about it that much, and its starting to make me want to use it to punch her vagina over and over, you know what I mean? I mean, that's making me crazy, but otherwise, everything is cool.
I think we hear about the worst case scenarios quite a bit...

How much did you notice body growth wise, like chest, thighs, calves, and arms measurements? And how long did you cycle?

To the OP: choose tren a & test p, pin ED if you can or EOD is fine too but slightly less optimal. Personally I would make sure you have caber or prami, as well as an AI in your possession before you start, plus your PCT (nolva+clomid ideally)

how much would you run ED or EOD? and what was your diet like to stay shredded?

id start at 50-75/mg eod, and increase it as you see fit. I usually run like 150/eod and love it.

Agree with this man.
I'm currently running a tren A test P cycle and the only tren sides i get are a few night sweats every now and then and i sweat more during the day. I'm cutting with this cycle and weight has gone up by 3kg in 4 weeks while I have dropped quite a bit of bodyfat with only one cardio session a week (due to work, but will start 3 days cardio in 2 weeks). Strength has also gone up noticeably. It really is an amazing compound if you can tolerate it. Some people get bad sides, I'm lucky I don't.
Start off slow at around 350mg/week or even half that just to "test the waters". Be sure to run ace so that you can stop the cycle if you get bad sides. Get ready to pin ed.
