Fish Oil

How about Flax oil? here is a little info and it is just as effective if not more beneficial than fish oil IMO:
For every 100 grams of flax seeds, you get about 25-30 grams of protein. Flax seed is one of the best sources for the essential fatty acid alpha linolenic acid. Alpha linolenic acid is so important for bodybuilders because it "enhances insulin sensitivity within muscle cells. Those are just some of the beneficial effect of Omega-3. Omega-3's are sometimes defined as "anti-fats". This is due to their ability to speed up the metabolic process and aid in fat loss. Reduced Body fat, Enhanced Performance, Shortened recovery time, Good source of energy, Reduced muscle soreness, Increased utilization of oxygen, Increased utilization of other nutrients, Overall better health and what do all of those lead to? MORE MUSCLE!
 
Fish Oil capsules are just as effective also. I like them because I don't have to refrigerate them so I can take them with me on the go. Just another option to consider.
 
Oooooh man. I got a free bottle of ON fish oil with my Opti-Men vitamins, and those were the worst things i ever swallowed. With in 15min i sware i was burping up a rotting fish corpse. Those things will give you the wost fish breath you could emagine. Dont plan on going on any dates while taking those...lol

How fine do the flax seeds need to be ground to effectively release all of their oils in the body? Is it true that if not ground properly, the body will pass them through without absorbing all of their nutrients?
