They're fats. I wouldn't use the first two, but the second two are healthy. Fat is important for many bodily functions, such as inflamatory control, nervous system function, hormone function, digestion, cell integrity, etc.
 
thanks much. i been reading alot of posts about people including these in there diet. will it help at all with building muscle on cycle?

Yes, it can help.

Fish oil is in fatty fish, but remember that most of the fat in fish is in the SKIN. So eat the skin when you eat fish.

Cod liver oil is THE best oil there is.
