HAY GUYS!

say, may I ask just how long does one pause when doing floor presses???

and when doing BB floor press, is it elbow tucked in or not? thanks
 
elbows wide. touch high on chest near colar bone. big pause and relax at the bottom. legs flat on the floor and flat backed. (this is on varation, there are numerous ones)
 
not long, i also don't touch my entire arm to the floor, be careful not to roll your arms down to the elbow. You can lose it forward and fuck up your shoulder. It may be becuase of my arm length though, not sure.
 
thanks angry. so in effect its like rack presses in that the range of motion is limited?

im liking this. how far do you go down on the floor?
 
i tried hammer db press bro. triceps flat down the floor, legs straight out, then press up. it's really tricep power thingie.

you completely lie down of course ^^
