Well im currently on a bulk cycle of test and tren. Ive been eating about 3500 calories and I weight about 200lbs. Im looking to get big gains off this cycle without all the bloated look and extra fat. Im currently at 11% body fat. Please critique my foods and tell me if I should remove any of them and give a suggestion on something close to it if i could substitute it.
Mostly all I eat is Chick fila sandwiches(2 at the time). I eat a bowl of chicken soup which contains celery and carrots. One big bowl of cereal in the morning. peanut butter sandwich for daily snack on wheat bread. I use a serving of n2large weight gainer which has 600calories and 52g protein, 80carbs. At dinner I try and eat chicken or pasta and a handful of unsalted peanuts. Then right before bed I drink a protein drink with 250 calories, 4g fat, 52g protein, 5g carbs.
Im working on finding a salad I like that I can throw in daily, but im not to found of salads.
