ok Im doing the cutter primer, for now then later on Ill be going to Big's online training program.. but right now Im worried about the diet of the cutter primer, Im not knowledgable in foods or what kind of nutrients they have in them, is there litterature were I could find diets other ppl have used on this type of program or maybe just a list of preferd healthy foods?
 
Don't have much time but maybe this will help.

Good Proteins:
Chicken
Lean red meats
Canned Tuna
Any kind of Fish
Turkey
Lean Ham

Good Carbs:
Oatmeal
Brown Rice
Whole Grain Breads
Yams
Green Veggies

Good Fats:
All natural peanut butter
Flax Seed oil
Fish oil
Almonds
Peanuts
 
just browse the diet forum and look at peoples sample diets, its pretty much all the same stuff.

Protein:
Beef
Chicken
Turkey
Eggs
Fish

Carbs:
plain oatmeal (not the flavored packets)
brown rice
sweet potatos
whole grain bread w/o high fructose corn syrup
fruits before a workout
Quinoa (sp?) is a good grain ive been reading about lately. never tried it myself though.

Fats:
Egg yolks
natural peanut butter
almond butter
fish oil
raw nuts
olive oil

veggies

spices (no real nutritional value, just for taste)

pretty much the shorter the ingredients list, the better.
 
If you going to school...take a basic nutrtion class....really helps. That's when I realized...the mickey d's diet is not that great.
 
HAHA! mickey D's diet.. lol but thanks! this will def help me plan my meals! also, how much should I rely on power? (whey protien shakes, and all that jack) for my protien and other nutrients? I seen rambo said, dont rely on them real food is always better, but Im always on the go, will it affect my BF loss?? or does it matter that much???
 
cool, I been looking at WarMachines diet journal, I am diggin it alot.. its actualy a pretty simple and do-able diet.. also say I miss one of my meals should I make it up in the next or just forget about it and go on?
