Food Seperation

According to Don Lemmon of donlemmon.com,it's best to seperate protein foods from starchy carbs like rice,potatoes,pasta,bread...because the enzymes to digest protein & fat are totally different than those for starchy carbs and thats not good for the uptake of your nutriets and rests of foods like meat(if you eat it with carbs) get stuck in your intestines and thats not healthy in the long run.He says to split your 6 meals/day in 4 protein-fats(good fats) and 2 low fat carb meals and to never eat 2 carb meals in a row...he also suggest the pre-workout has to be a protein-fat meal and the post-workout a carb meal.
I also must add that new iffb-pro Ronny Rockel from Germany follows a similar meal plan...where he eat's protein and carbs totally apart...For example starts in the morning with oatmeal, applesauce, whole wheat toast...2 hours later chicken, veggies, good oil...2hours later rice & pineapple..then again protein... and so on till 6PM after that it's only protein...He claims doing it this way he only need 200 grams of protein/day in the off season (108kg-238lbs) due the better uptake of the protein...This way he can still grow and it's cost-effective.
Any of you experience with this type of diet?
Opinions from vets,nutritional experts?

The human body does not switch back and forth between energy sources (fat and glucose) like he would have you doing.

Also if your only having carbs in 2 meals / day your not getting enough.

To many people get caught up in the idea that combining fats and carbs is bad - And thats the case when your consuming (simple sugars / which sjpike bloods) and large amounts of "bad" fats.

IE: Hamburger or pizza - However these are very far from being bodybuilding meals.

There is more but i'm not going to go very deep into this discussion.

I understand what you are saying Dirk...but what about the health issue?
He says that the meat get stuck(for a part) in the intestines if you eat it with carbs?
Then you get gas and thats because of the undigestion.
And what about the different enzymes to digest protein, fat and carbs?
