thanks for those who have added their suggestion but i guess the real question is How do I conquer these cravings? Or Could it be Dopamine Deficiency, and what foods and liquids can i eat and drink to up my dopamine levels?
By eating these foods ^^^ and will power. Unless you have a food disorder it's no deficiency, it's just trained behavior. You work towards your goals or you don't, which is more important to you? Why do you believe dopamine is the answer to your problems?

Eat larger meals. Quit the 6 small meal bs that is always preached. Eat more fibrous vegetables. Eat beans. Instead of drinking protein shakes eat food.
I find as long as I eat a descent breakfast I, sweet for the day I eat all my carbs breakfast, pre workout and post workout, I'm never too hungry until after my workout I could eat a horse but that's perfect time to be hungry.
