March is national nutrition month, so for work I was putting together this daily tips thing when i came across this website. I checked it out and it was pretty cool. I thought I would share it. It tells how many calories are in certian foods (for those who count calories but don't always have the lable).
You can download it on your omputer or a PDA if you have one. It is the United States Department of Agriculture's nutrition database. This database will give you the nutrition information on more than 6,000 food items. Accessing this information can help you learn about the nutritional value of different foods, and help you develop an eating plan with maximum health benefits.
In addition to the nutrition information, the database will allow you to adjust portions to match what you normally consume. If you'd like to track how you eat go to

Hope it helps anyone trying to plan a diet. It helped me!
