I wake up and run intervals on the treadmill
Breakfast: I real egg, 2 or 3 egg white, cheese(1 serving), 2 pieces of turkey bacon or lunch meat.
Snack: string cheese or apple with some almond butter, almonds
lunch: Chicken salad with vinegar as dressing with a little olive oil or chicken with tofu and veggies(broccoli, calliflower)
Snack: Tuna salad loaded with veggies
Gym: After gym I drink a whey shake
Dinner: Chicken, steak, fish, or turkey with veggies and a salad.
Before bed: Drink half whey half casien 1 Tablespoon almond butter.

Please help. I thought I was following a good diet, but in 1 week didn't lose not 1 pound.
 
I am 5'7 and weight 217. I am doing cardio every morning(running intervals on treadmill 20-30 min).
Monday: Lower body
Tuesday: upper
Wed: no lifting
Thursday: Lower
Friday: upper
Sat: Lower
Sunday: off

I have muscle underneath all the fat. I weigh a lot, but don't look like I weigh it. I have a slimmer upper body and a big butt, thighs, and calves.
 
I just signed up for the fit day and will start tomorrow. Oh and also, all I drink is water. At least 10+ 8 oz glasses.
