For The Ladies That Have Done Shows.....

In your experiences, what is the percentage of competitors that are natural? 10%, 90%?

And do you enter tested shows or non-tested shows?

Also, is there an obvious difference between natural and non-natural competitors? Or are there some natural competitors that have worked really hard and look just as good as non-natural?

I'm just curious about your experiences.

it depends on you. if your natural enter a natural show. ifi you use, go non tested. dotn worry about what others are doing, bring the best you.

The only thing I don't like about this is that all the shows where I live are all non-tested. There are no natural shows!!!!

Hi hun. If you're entering Figure, you don't really have to worry much about whether it's a non tested show or not. The look they are looking for in Figure is not as muscular as bodybuilding. You can actually get penalized if you are too muscular for the Figure category. How about Fitness? Ever thought of doing fitness instead of Figure? If you want a drug tested organization to compete in, in Canada, I belive there is the WNSO and the INBO/ Do you want to go natural? If so, be aware that there are a lot of supplements that you can't use as well in Natural Federations so look into that first before deciding.
Hope that helps,
Fyre

get your feet wet and have fun!
I guess...huh. This will be my first official show, so I just want to get up there and see what it's like. I won't mind if I'm last place because I hear the first dieting down is difficult. I imagine I'll peak too early or late. I probably won't have as much muscle as I like either. But I really do want to get my feet wet and learn from there. :)

the dieting doesn't have to be so difficult if you give yourself plenty of time. I would get your fat tested and see where you're at now though.
How does you diet look now? ?Are you eating relatively clean now?
