*Holding the bar in the deadlift top position until it "slips". PS: Raise the support bars in the power rack so that the bar only drops down a few cm´s.

I really like reverse bicep curls (bar, palms down) and behind the back forearm curls (Bar, Palms facing backwards) .as well as seated hammer curls. burns like hell
mine came up to par with upper arms once i got seriouse with straight barbell rev. curls for 6 months increasing wieght and reps over this time like nothing else ive ever tried .
VIKING SPIRIT : great idea im going to try these crush grippers . my deadlift is coming up faster than my grip so this should take care of that small obstacle . i hate to use straps on my record days cause i know in future competition i wont be able to .
im a death metal musician so i tend to not be able to practice the next day after and it makes my hands/fingers tight several days later . ill have to over come this and try glucosamine soon if it worsens .
