forearms....

curls, towl pullups any thing that incorperates a good grip pretty much all I can do for them really, never a strong point for me tho.
 
#1 lifting heavy weights w/o straps
#2 pinwheels, hammer curls
 
sum times i beat off. lol just a quick joke. all the above and also dont use straps , the 4arms get a killer work load from that also
