fourth cycle possible gyno? advice please

currently on 6th week of my fourth cycle
im running 500mg sust, 250mg test e, and 70mg tbol
last week noticed a small hard lump underneath nipple so started taking nolva at 40mg ed, the sensitivity has not gotten any worse but its still there , was going to drop nolva to 20mg ed tomorrow? i have letro on hand if you guys feel i need that ?
im running adex .5 eod also since first day

Why are you taking test e and sust? Read the ology faq's thread. There's a link on gyno in there...
