Basic information: 21 years old, 5'7" , 165 pounds, 15% bodyfat.
I'm 21 years old and before anyone tells me I'm too young to take steroids I just want to say that I have no plans of taking anything before 25 (or later depending upon how long it takes me to feel like my life is in a stable place). However, what I am interested in is having my the details of my first cycle all planned out.
I plan on doing a cycle like this:
Week 1-12 Testosterone-Enanthate 500mg per week
Week 13-15 Nothing
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 40mg per day , D-Asparic Acid 3000 mg, (I'm also planning on increasing my saturated fat intake post cycle because of the correlations between saturated fat intake and natural test production)
Week 18-19 Nolvadex 20mg per day, D-Asparic Acid 3000 mg
Here are my concerns:
1).% bodyfat:
I was initially around 17-18% body fat, I dropped to 12% and I've been hovering around 15% body fat without keeping track of anything besides protein. I am comfortable at 15% body fat and I usually feel hungry enough that it interferes with going to school/work when I try to maintain anything lower than that, (hunger pains), also most of my goals are power lifting oriented (so i'm happy as long as I don't go over 16% bodyfat). However it is my understanding that bodyfat increases the prevalence of the aromatase enzyme, so, at 15% bodyfat will estrogen conversion be too much of a problem? (I realize that there probably isn't any objective means of measuring or estimating this, I'm simply looking for speculation/personal experiences)
2). Diet:
I know the traditional diets suggest low fat, high carb/protein. I've been eating a high fat diet since I initially cut weight down to 12% (minus a short period where I ate carbs in large quantities to refill my glycogen stores) (the diet was ketogenic and I just kept on eating a lot of fats) I feel much better when I get most of my calories from fats and have a high saturated fat intake (I eat between 5 and 10 whole eggs a day, I have had my cholesterol checked and it's still in the good/ideal range). My questions are, is it safe to eat that much cholesterol on cycle, and can I maintain a high fat diet on cycle safely?
3.) longevity:
Is it reasonable to expect to live till at least 70 while cycling, any guidelines to follow (Again I am simply looking for speculation)
4.) How important are liver protectants when cycling? (which ones should I take and when should I take them, before after or during?)
5.) What thing's should I test/coerce my doctor into testing before, after, and during cycle? (I'm thinking liver enzymes levels, cholesterol, hormone levels)
6.) Is it possible to maintain most of the strength gains from my initial cycle, assuming I have more cycles after, but never up the dosage (for health/safety reasons as well as cost effectiveness)
7.) Any reason to wait longer than 25?
8.) Anything else that I should be concerned about?
