Gain weight with Kre-Alkalyne?

i have gained 3 kg sinces last month. i weight 66 kg then
yesterday i weight my self i was 69 kg.
so i gained +3kg in 4 weeks.

the thing is before my kcal was 2200kcal/day. 4 weeks ago i changed it to 2900kcal because i did not gain anything on 2200. stayed at the same weight.

i have used anavar for 2 weeks with kre-alkalyne.

do you think it is the kre-alkalyne who maked me gain weight or the anavar and the hight kcal/day??

From what I understand, the kre-alkalyne is just overpriced creatine. Creatine works for gaining, and so does oxandrolone, and so does upping your calories, so I would think it would be a combo of the three that is the cause of your weight gain.

Upping calories, ox, and creatine for the win.
