So I was told that I need to gain about 20lbs of muscle for rugby but also need to get my heart in shape and my stamina and endurance up w cardio and sprints. how the fuck do i do this?
you start doing endurance based training. along with speed drills.
how much do you weigh? what is your fat percentage?
if you are not very light and weak i think you would gain more by increasing your cardio. to be able to outrun your opponents in the end of a match is more important then weighing a certain weight.
