Worst supplement ever. A buddy of mine bought a container, used it 2x, almost puked both times due to the taste and gave the rest to me.

So I gave it a go for a few weeks, I got headaches that lasted for hours, made me feel nauseus and didn't increase any lifts or show any noticeable benefit.

Tastes like shit, no gains, and makes you feel like crap, everything I ever wanted in a supplement!
