OK this is a quick snack I like to cook up from time to time. Nothing special, but quick, easy, and packs a punch.
- 4 peices of whole wheat toast. (I like Brownberry Natural Wheat)
- 1/4 c. of low or non-fat cheese on each slice. (1c. total)
- add in a dash of garlic powder and italian seasoning on each slice.
Bake in the oven at 350 until browned or desired.
