SuperPump 250 actually works
Okay, so I've tried various nitric oxide powders and pills, including PumpTech. While I did notice a little pump with PumpTech, it was never all that impressive for me. I had heard about SuperPump 250 and thought I would give it a shot. Man, I did shoulders and arms tonight, and I thought my muscles were going to rip through my skin. This stuff does work. I weigh about 235 with a reasonable level of body fat right now (about 10%). If you're used to nitric oxide sups, then you know that your body weight is supposed to effect the dosage requirement. The bottle suggests taking one scoop at first, and then working your way up to 3 scoops. It says that you need to allow your body to adapt to it, especially if you haven't been used to taking stimulants. I take Xenedrine NRG about four times a week before doing my morning cardio, so I considered myself fairly accustomed to the stimulant effect. I took two scoops, but one may have actually been enough. Initially I didn't expect too much, but I was impressed, which doesn't happen too often with most supplements. The thing that makes it even more impressive is that I am currently following a TKD, which I've noticed makes pumps a little less dramatic when compared to a higher carb phase.
Just my experience with it. Btw, I tried Gaspari's Methy-D in the past with less than enthusiastic results. So, I'm not trying to plug their sups here.
