German Volume Training

I have been reading about German Volume Training which is basically a 10 set by 10 rep program per body part. Just wondering if anyone has heard of it and had any good results with it?
 
Heard of it...yes. Good results...sort of. I put on some weight, but I think I was overtrained by third week or so. Being that I am now a fan of Doggcrapps training methods, I look back on GVT with jaded eyes.

You have to try things to see if they work for you though, so yes, many people have used it and seen great results. It may work well for you.
