Getting back in...

I have not been to the gym in about 1 year. I use to go ever day for about 4 years . As a result to this I have gain 50 pounds of fat and I don’t feel the same as I use to.

I want to get back into it but I am lazy.. I don’t know why I feel like this. I use to run to the gym and cold not wait to lift. Now it like forget about it I will go 2morrow. Also I want to know how should I start lifting,., what weight should I use, Bc I know I cant lift the same as I use to.,.
