Getting big, not fat. Meal plan inside.

I'm 6'1", 215 @10%

Going to hit my first cycle and trying to lock down my diet. I'm thinking 350g protein and 4,500 calories a day to start with. Besides that, I'm not sure where to go.

I want to put on a solid amount of muscle as possible but the idea of getting 'fat' is one I'm afraid of death of. I know I'll need a lot of calories, but calories make me equate it to 'bad' weight gain.

Ultimate goal is food every 2.5-3 hours.

Here's my idea:
Breakfast/meal 1:
8 egg whites + 2 yokes
1 cup oatmeal

Meal 2:
7 oz. Steak
Spinach
1 cup rice

Meal 3:
7 oz. Chicken breast
Spinach
1 cup yam

Meal 4:
7 oz. Steak
Spinach
2 shots olive oil

Meal 5/6 are just protein shakes. One before bed, one after workout.

This is just a rough meal plan idea TO START. Now, how to tweak?
 
looks pretty good man, just monitor it and adjust accordingly.one thing i will say though is i dont think you need ALL that protein, id stick to 1g per lb of bw. im sure some will disagree but thats just my opinion.

if in a couple weeks you notice you are gaining a little too much on the gut, cut cals back a couple hundred or so, and vice versa. basically just find what works for you, good luck!
