My two month app for my first blood draw since starting testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is march 16 . I've been feeling like shit for the last 2 Weeks so I'm going early to draw my blood because I think my estro is high . My question is I take my shots every thurs morn should I go to doc on a thurs morn to see what my blood looks like before I take my shot to see if every 7 days is enough for me. Also if my estro is high then my test levels will be lower is this correct

i get blood drawn right before my next shot. high test can lead to high estrogen, especially if you convert easily or if you are not on the right dosage of AI.

I've seen some of your previous posts. I'd guess your Estrogen is high. I'll be interested to hear your blood results. Don't you use letro for an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) once every 2 weeks? I'd be shocked if your Estrogen wasn't high.

You may want to suggest to your doc while you're in there taking 1/2 your dose every 3 days as opposed to once per week as well.

Yeah I take letro half a 250Mg pill every two weeks

He wasn't gonna put me on one yet we were gonna check blood go from there. I told him when I was younger I had gyno so he started me on it now .

hmmm, i could be wrong, but I really don't think of letro as the best choice of Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). That being said, it is good for reversing/staving off gyno. I would possibly see if you could switch over to another Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like anastrozole. if you keep your E in normal ranges you shouldn't have a problem with gyno due to treatment.

I'll see what the blood work looks like and go from there
