Getting Lean?

I just finished a 10 week test only cycle and I have some question about my diet and Training. I am about 5'8 and weigh 194 pounds. I have already begun my post cycle therapy (pct) but am curious about calorie intake and training changes for leaning out. I want to keep as much mass as everyone does but cut it up.What should my diet consist of as far as Carb Fat Protein ratio, Calories and even training changes. When I was on cycle and even before I only concentrated on mass and stuck with 8 repetions per set.Should I up it ? How much? Also never do cardio how much to start and how often?Goal is to keep as much size like I said and keep diet intake enough to maintain muscle without starving them and detriorating them.Don't know how many calories to intake to sustain my size.Also want to continue to grow of course.

When dieting down I usually stick with High Protein, Medium Carb, Medium Fat intake. Really there is no way for anyone to tell you what calories and macro nutrient ammounts you need because everyone is different, but you should try using the Harris Benedict formula to get a rough estimate of about how many calories you need per day to lose weight.

The best thing you can do is post up your diet and let everyone have a look at it to give you a critique.
