didnt really give a shit for 2 months so i just c***sed on 175mg test and didnt really think about diet. went from 8%bodyfat maybe to around 11-12.

was thinking of doing a light recomp like this: 350-400mg test a week (currently doing 400mg a week of a test blend might switch to cyp)

along with 3iu pharma growth and 5-7iu novorapid PWO after training a weak body part. no more than once or twice a week. i use insulin no more than once or twice a week.

a clean diet along with training 4-5x a week will yield great results waht do you think
 
gill great to hear of your making a comeback, your not far off but getting to 8% can be a bitch for some lol, but your a vet since you have made it to 8%...
be careful with Insulin bro it's a double sword with sides,but you already know that..
when you can show us pic of your progress..
I think 4 to 5 x a week of training is great!
can u give us your stats? aside already you mentioned your roughly 11% body fat, also your macro to your goal?
are you doing cardio? if so how many times a week, how much time you do spend on cardio?
