Getting ready to start a new Cycle

I'm getting ready to start my spring cycle

I will be running Tren and prop every other day for 12 weeks I tend to extend my cycles with they are firing I just can let go. I'm 8 weeks out from starting.

Sounds like you’ve got a solid plan lined up for your spring cycle! Tren and prop every other day for 12 weeks should keep things intense. Staying disciplined with recovery and monitoring progress will be key. Looking forward to hearing how it goes!

Dialing in your nutrition and training now will maximize your results. Prioritize high-protein meals, complex carbs, and healthy fats to fuel recovery and stay off energy drinks which are saturared in fake sugars. Maintain a solid lifting program with progressive overload and focus on cardiovascular health to balance endurance and strength gains.
by the way what are your stats?
cycle history?

Your approach highlights a common psychological and physiological challenge with cycling—once progress is evident, it becomes difficult to stop. Extending beyond planned cycles can increase the risk of side effects, including hormonal suppression, cardiovascular strain, and mental dependency. Structuring a strict post-cycle therapy (PCT) plan is crucial to mitigate long-term impacts, particularly regarding testosterone recovery and overall endocrine function.

Additionally, optimizing your diet and training leading up to the cycle can enhance results while reducing unnecessary strain. Prioritizing nutrient timing, cardiovascular conditioning, and joint health now will allow for a more effective and sustainable cycle. Have you considered biomarkers like lipid profile and hematocrit levels to assess pre-cycle readiness?
