IMO some of that he says is good and some i'm going to call bull shit. i think the clip you're talking about is when he is refering to his "meal/diet chart" and says that if you eat more than whats on his chart you will get fat. that part of what he is saying is complete bull shit, i eat at least twice as much as what his chart says for my body weight and my bodyfat stays under 10% (im confident that less than scooby's). also, he doesn't really talk about carbs, carbs are essential, not just protein. but he does have good point about eating healthy/clean and avoiding junk food. probably one of the biggest things you need to take into account when talking about diet though is age and how fast your metabolism is. so with that said, autoaddikt, how old are you, do you know your RMR, and how active are you?

I am 29 years old and pretty active. I go to the gym 4 times a week and eat alot of food! I burn calories really fast as i have a super high metabolism. The part of the video i was refering to was the weight to calorie table he was showing and if it really has any truth to it? I eat really clean and low fat and seem to have a small gut and it makes sense if you eat more than your body can handle that it will expand your stomach and this is the result you will get? Thats why I was wondering if what this guy is saying has any truth to it at all... But then again ive heard you can get a gut from your ab muscles not being strong enough to hold your stomach in so anyone that has some info on this i would love to hear about it!

if you are very active and have a high metabolism then you can most likely handle eating more than whats on his chart. like i said before, i eat at least twice what his cart says and i have no gut and low body fat. so IMO, the chart he gives is a good starting point for protein and caloric intake if you are just starting to learn about dieting, but his claim that if you eat more than that you will get fat is not true by any stretch of the imagination.
