GLP-1 (Glucagon-like Peptide)

Hello,

I'm looking for any information from anyone that has tried GLP-1. GLP (Glucagon-like Peptide) is used for Type II Diabetes control and for Weight Loss. Brand names are Victoza (Liraglutide), and Ozempic (Semaglutide). From what I was able to find out, the half-life of Liraglutide is 12 hrs, while the half-life of Semaglutide is 7 days. Liraglutide would be pinned daily, while Semaglutide would be once per week. I've seen "GLPL-1" for sale, but no information on whether it is Liraglutide, or Semaglutide, or what the half-life is. In Phase III trials, participants on Liraglutide averaged 16% body weight loss, while Semaglutide averaged 20% body weight loss.

Now while I've been able to find it for sale, it looks like it's not widely available, even though it's been in use in Europe for a few years. This could be because of price, or that fact that without the proprietary formula that extends the half-life from 15 mins out to 12 hrs, and 7 days, that's it's just not worth it.

Schedule: Wk 1-4 0.25mcg per week, Wk 5-8 0.5mcg, 13-16 1.7mcg, 17-20 2.4mcg

So that being said, anyone have any info/experience to share. Thanks.
