Hypothetically taking 500mg test e/ 375 mg tren e per week possibly 50mg winnie plus 4 iu's gh daily and 50 mcg t-3 might drop t-3. 50 mg/day proviron and .5mg day arimidex. I have access to almost everything and can change it up as suggested. This is my third cycle.
Currently 222 at 12-13% BF 6'1" Want to lean up and get bigger which should be possible with the above. Primarily want to get ripped up
Trying cardio 25 minutes 3-4 times a week first thing in AM. but test is killing my stamina it used to be no issue for 35-40 minutes of elliptical at higher settings/ lift heavy 4 times per week. mainly compound exercises
Summary
Carbs were 199.5 grams 22% percent of total calories
Fat were 98.2 grams 25% percent of total calories
Protein was 427 grams 48% total calories
3562 total calories
Please advise me masters. how should i tweak it?
