Going to start 3 shakes a day diet today...

I've decided that I wanna cut some lb's before I run my next cycle so I'm starting my 3 protein shakes a day diet.

I'll be using Syntha-6, breakfast-lunch-dinner. I may add a small high protein meal in once or twice a week but thats it, straight liquid diet. I'll keep anyone who's interested updated.

you have to be JOKING!!!!

so your going to have a total of 600 calories a day???
 
instead of spending all that money on non-sense supps and a stupid crash diet philosophy, come hire me and ill set you up on a diet that will get you where you wanna go THE RIGHT WAY!!!

Yeah, guess I'm going to add a very clean, high protein meal in there. Dinner perhaps?



you are going to hurt yourself and stall fatloss quickly.
you can cut on 2000-3000cals. 1000 is way to low, your body will go into starvation mode and try to hold onto everything.
I rec you do a realistic diet and look into carb cycling for fatloss. and make sure you have 1-2 cheat days every week where you stuff your face. it will jumpstart your body each time this way, not hurt.

how about: breakfast, lunch, dinner + your 2-3 protein drinks...... as snacks.

these "fad" diets are not good.


avoid sugars like candy or pop, and keep carbs med-low (i rec carb cycling), fats med, protein high.

im not 3j obviously, but my tips

1. find your bmr with tdee (i can give you a site for this if you dont know what this is)
2. take 500 calories from that, this is how much you eat per day
3. stay at about a 40/40/20 ratio of p/c/f
4. if weight loss stalls, wait it out for about a week, if its still stalled, drop calories another 250 and see how you do

people make bulking and cutting a lot more complicated than it needs to be. let me know if you have any other questions
