can anyone here show me an example of a cutting diet that has worked for you? Or what are the foods to eat while cutting? I'm trying to get some ideas on how to change my diet around because i'm not seeing any results yet. i'm eating about 6 times a day my protein comes from chicken, egg whites and fish or tuna. carbs usually from oats, white rice, potato. fats from avocado or olive oil and i eat mostly broccoli, cauliflower, squash, spinach and apples, grapefruit and bananas. I'm only having main carbs source twice a day could this be the problem? I'm 6'2 and right now 213lbs and bodyfat has remained at 18%, i'm kinda frustrated
