I am trying to invrease my protien intake and have looked on a few websites for bodybuilding recipes but all of them need whey protien, which i dont have. are there any good high protien recipes out there. not like dinner or a meal, just high protien snacks
Chicken breasts, tuna, ground beef, steak, natural peanut butter, cottage cheese... just mix that all up in a blender and you got yourself a high protein snack.
Beef Jerky? Just make sure you are consuming a good amount of water throughout the day (You should be anyway) because alot of Jerky is very heavily salted.
