My doc has put me on Test Cyp 1X200mg 2ice a month. I have some one that xan get me GenShi labs Test Cyp 250. Now since theres a 50 mg diff will it be an issue. Now I started yesterday pinned upper quad.

My diet will be the following:
0600 oatmeal
0900 protein shake
1200 Chicken breast steamed veggies
1500 protein shake
1800 Salmon and steamed potatoe
I will substitute different meats loke Turkey and tilapia for the different days of the week. I dont do red meat.

Its not a lot of calories but I have a lot of fat to burn. Now Mattylce told me about Aromasin or Adex one at 12.5mg eod and the latter at 25mg eod. Since what I am doing is testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) how long can I run these for and what should be the break. Will start doing a lot of volume training to get the fat burning proces going. Any advise or comments welcomed.

Since you are on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) you won't need a pct so you should do your cycle like this
Test c 500mg/week 12 weeks
Aromasin 12.5mg ed 14 weeks
The recommended dose for adex is .25 to .5 mg not 12.5mg
After the 12th weeks you should cruze at 200mg/week for 8-10 weeks before your next cycle
I remember from your old post that you were at 40%bf so I'd recommend increasing your cardio(do 45mins of HIIT cardio 4-6 times a week)
Also if you don't have any existing heart conditions I'd recommend using an eca stack
Eca (25/250/100) x2 ed(1 dose on rising on 8 hours later no later than 3 pm)
Also keep and eye on your blood pressure
Personally I think your diet could be a little better

Ive been pulling a weighht sled with 3 plates lately for 30yards at least 5 sets. That has been working great.

I'm definately a believer in high intensity over low intensity for cardio
 
I would start the aromasin at 12.5mg every other day and see how it works for you. You can run aromasin throughout the duration of your time on steroids.
 
Thanks everyone so far I know the diet has more to be desired but I really want to get the most out if this first "cycle" by trying to gain lean muscle. I dont want to up the dossage right off the bat for those sayinh I should go 500mg. I want to see hlw it effe ts my mood before doing anything else.I do suffer from PTSD so I do not want to big and then regret any of my actions. If the 250 doesnt bother me then for sure I will go to 500.
