Here is what have... I took (M1T) 7 years ago. I was just going through my old log books and here is what I have.
Gained 14 lbs in a 6 week cycle (M1T), I also managed to hold onto roughly 8 lbs of the 14 lbs gained over a 3 month period. So the gains seemed to stick around for quite sometime. My strength went through the rough the entire cycle every week I was hitting new highs.
Here is what I took along with (M1T)
Pre-loaded Milk Thistle (2x recommended dose 2xD) took it throughout and continued 2 weeks after I stopped (M1T)
Multi-V, BCAA's, Whey, drank 140 oz water/D and was eating 3,500 - 4,400 calories a day.
Week 1 5 mg/2xD
Weeks 2-3 10 mg/2xD
Weeks 4-6 15 mg/2xD
Weeks 6-8 Nolvadex dose sizes not noted in my log book sorry (shouldn't even needed it)
Sides- and again this is from 7 years ago.
I'm not prone to acne but I had a small area on upper back that developed slight acne, not bad and went away on it's own.
Had several days were I was lethargic, took 300 mg of caffeine to help when needed.
Irritable at times so increase of anger.
Over all I loved this stuff and looking back the only thing I would have changed would have been instead of taken just milk thistle I would have substituted it with Advanced Cycle Support just because of all the added protection with the other ingredients.
I'm curious as to how the new M1T from GP is and what sides you encountered while on it. Also if anyone has had blood work done while on a cycle of (M1T) and give me some input with pros and cons.
I was looking around online in the forums and all the threads seem to be guys saying how great it is and how bad it is for the liver and thats it but no one gives any physical explanations or proof as to what it did to there liver. I want someone who has had issues with there liver while on this or someone who has had blood work while on this and see how the liver held up.
