Grapeseed Oil?

Hey.

What's grapeseed oil? Like... what kinda fatty acids are in there? I couldn't find any olive oil in the supermarket so I decided to try this stuff out. Thanks.

Beats me, but mine either ran out or something cuzz theyu should have some in stock... bah.

Thanks for the help, but what does Omega-6,9, &3 help with? People always say that omega-3 is great for the heart & brain and such, but I don't have the full picture.

sorry to be so sarcastic but I would never shop at that store again. Olive oil is a staple, not some obscure item.

grape seed oil good for cooking wont burn and its high in antioxidents and in my opinion its better than olive oil to cook with it taste better and its high omega 3 an 6
