Hello all, I figured I would stop by and introduce myself. I have been a long time lurker on the forums, but have never signed up for one until now. After browsing around I decided that this was the place to call my home. I love how active it is and that it draws a lot of new and up and coming lifters looking to learn!

I have been lifting for about 18 years and have competed several times and won a few NPC titles. I still have the dream of getting my Pro Card, but as I'm getting older I am starting to realize that it may never happen. Oddly enough, I am ok with that. I have enjoyed lifting, diet, and all the stuff that comes along with pursuing a pro card and have had some incredible experiences so I am definitely not disappointed in the route that this life has taken.
I believe that I have a unique perspective on what it takes to get to this level that many of you may find helpful, so please ask me any questions that you may have and I will do my best to answer honestly.
Many people glorify the lifestyle, and while it has treated me well, I can also tell you some horror stories.
