Hello friends,
I am 21 and am involved in contact sports. I have good strength and upper body size but i lack size in the lower body even though i have adequate amount of strength in my legs. I would really appreciate if you would guide me towards using a steroid cycle and the supplements i should take in the cycle. I have been working out for four years and have been doing it withought use of steroids but now i want to gain strength as well have a nice and toned body. Please guide and please suggest steriods for beginners and which get out of the system as i have to go through doping tests.
P.S : I already suffer alot from acne.

typical 1st cycle should be 400-600 mg of test eth or cyp for 10-12 weeks . 2 weeks after the last injection start pct , use 50 mg of clomid for 3-4 weeks.

@ justhav2p : i am already playing at the state level and happen to be the youngest and the lightest player drafted into the team i weigh around 80 Kg or 175-176 Lbs while everyone else is over 200 Lbs so i am secure at the moment. I only wanted to do a cycle to have a bit of quality muscle and gain some more strength in short im just competing against myself to be more stronger and more faster day by day. But i shall keep your advice in my mind thank you so much.

Day 1 :
Squats: 4 sets of 8-8-6-6 reps (330-465 Lbs)
Leg Curls : 3 sets of 12-10-8 reps
Lunges : 3 sets of 10-10-10 reps
Donkey Calf Raises : 4 Sets of 12-10-8-6 reps

Day 2:
Leg Press: 4 sets of 8-8-6-6 reps ( 350 - 480 Lbs)
Leg Extenstions : 3 sets 12-10-8 reps
Sumo Squats : 3 sets of 10-10-10-10 reps
Single Leg Calf Raises : 4 sets of 12-10-8-8 reps

as for the calorie count i have never counted them i do have a high calorie diet though.
 
@ DADAWG : Thank you , would there be much water retention and would i be able to keep the strength and size i gain.

keeping the size and dtrength depends mostly on running post cycle therapy (pct) , diet and proper training during recovery but keeping most of the gains is very possible.

at those doses you shouldnt bloat a lot ,12.5 mg of aromasin a day should keep bloat down if your worried that much.
 
if your not gaining weight (which seems like your goal)its all about diet.

count your cals and macros for a week.

then up your cals and macros accordingly.

I see the diet section in your future.

I would focus on heavy squats and deadlifts. 5x5 is really good or you could just squat first on day 1 and go in the 4-6 rep range and deadlift first on day 2 for the 4-6 rep range. And I would look at your calories and see what you are really taking in. To put on size you probably need more calories. Especially with the amount of physical activity it sounds like your doing.

I know i'm not DADAWG but everyone on this board will tell you Anavar (var) only is a very bad idea.

Not trying to be an ass but I'm new to gear and I can tell you haven't done enough research to take the plunge just bein honest.(not saying I'm the smartest or most knowlegded in here )

Any steroid you take will shut you down. HPTA will always be affected and you will always need to run a post cycle therapy (pct). Go with test only if you decide to go through with this which I don't think you are ready if you asked this question.
 
@ XXsTRENgthXX : Thank you man , i guess theres a reason im asking people over here to guide me if my research material or research was that good i wouldnt be doing that would i , you should read the title of the thread and think a bit before u type some folic acid would do u good just bein honest ( any guidance from you is welcome aswell )
