Hey there
i m in deep trouble and need some sugggestions..
well actually i go to the gym in the afternoons but this week due to some stupid $%#@! reason , the gym
will remain closed in the afternoon and evening from (20th oct to 24 oct).. morning is open but i cant workout in the mornings this month cuz this is a Muslim Holy Month of Ramadaan, so i cannot drink water or eat anything from sunrise to sunset...
During ramadan i go to the gym in the evenings so as the gym is open on monday and tuesday only this week, this evening i will be doing heavy chest workout and tomorrow i.e tuesday i will do shoulder workout in the evening...
but then i will have to do triceps, biceps , back and legs at home... at home i have got a short barbell bar with plenty of weights and adjustable dumbbells and each can go upto 100 lbs ..
so i can do biceps and triceps at home just like the way i do in the gym..except that i wont be able to do cable pushdowns..
but guyz what abt back...other than dumb bell rowing what else can i do at home...??
and for legs... ?? free squats and leg lunges?? anythign else ..the barbell rod will be too short n small to do weighted squats..
plz suggest ...
