I am currently about to start my 7th week on Sustanon (sust) 250 (250mg every Monday / Thursday). I have been running Aromasin from the start at 12.5mg EOD however a couple of weeks ago I started to get some puffiness / swelling under my left nipple so I upped to 12.5 ED and now it’s worsened. They don’t feel sensitive and I haven’t experienced any itchiness only the puffiness and 2 small pea sized lumps behind my nipples. Also they look weird and a bit abnormal. I have some liquid Letro on hand but am trying to avoid using it if possible due to the harsh side affects everybody talks about. .
Please could somebody advice what to do, shall I come of the gear and and then post cycle therapy (pct) like I was going too? Shall I continue and deal with it after? Can I use Letro on cycle?
