Basically this is my Gyno reversal attempt log. A lot has happened so I will do my best to include every detail as this is something I searched for countless times on the internet when I first starting getting gyno.
About 3 and a half months ago I was on week 10 of a Tren E (400ml) and Test E (500ml) per week. One night my nipples start to hurt and feel itchy and I could just tell there was something not right. By the next morning the lump had grown on both sides not very noticable but it was causing pain. Anyway I hit up my source and got some letro and Adex.
I took letro 2.5mg everyday and 1 Adex EOD to try and shift it. I didn't stay on the letro long as sides were harsh so I tapered of them. I stayed on adex but I didn't feel the lump to get any smaller or better I felt it just wanted to grow. It was not prolactin caused by the way I ruled it out after confirming it.
Anyway for about a 1 month and a week I didn't take no medication for my gyno and I stopped my cycle and decided to let my hormones to balance out. Yesterday I woke up and my right nipple has completely gone down to being flat again. But my left one has not. One thing I have noticed is that when my gyno is in pain it can either mean it's growing or dying.
So after doing more research and trying to see what would be best before surgery I decide to try a course of nolvadex as it's less harsh than letro. And I can tell you something it may be early but I feel the nolvadex working by the day. I have seen loads of study's for and against it but with my gyno mild it's good to try anything before surgery.
Any questions I'm happy to help.
