What are the first signs of gyno? How can you tell if it has started?

sore,puffy itchy nipples and you should be able to feel the gland that sits just behind the nip.

I can feel the gland under one nipple but not the other. There isn't any puffyness or tenderness. If i have one symptom but not the others would that still indicate gyno may have begun?

are you on cycle right now? you may want to get some liquid exemestane or letro.

Its a good idea to get the estro in check are you using an AI?
If you can feel the gland and it seems inflamed it could mean gyno.
What are you running?Doses?

If so this might be physiological.The levles would not have been sufficient for sides...I beleive

Tren150mg/Test200mg Enanthate, I know its prolly too early, but i just want to know what to watch for. especially if i already have one gland bigger than the other

supra if you are worried go to the top of this page and click on the RUI banner and grab some exemastane or letrozole and keep it on hand just incase , better safe than sorry

Im in my 4th week of tren, prop and var....im havin the same prob. only one nipple is sore and puffy
