Hamstrings question

My quads and glutes are oversized compared to my hamstrings.

Which exercises hit hamstrings a lot and dont activate quads and glutes that much?

Wide stance squats? sumo deadlift?

Or should I use leg curls or good mornings?

Any thoughts?
 
I would vote GMs more of a back movement.

I like SLDL, but those bring in your glutes as well (remember to bend the knees). GHR would be another big one.
