Harder to breathe

im almost on my 3rd week of running sustaplex 325 500 mg a week and have gained 4 lbs. As of last night it seems like its harder to breath i find myself taking more deep breaths, its seems worse when im lying down! Im kinda sketched out about this and am eagar to run this cycle, im also on an ssri called cipralex 10mg daily which is a very low dose and doubt it is causing any conflicts. If i have a slightly barky cough when i exhale hard, this shit is pissing me off! any input appreciated

if you had gained more weight it might be bloat but at 4 pounds it sounds more like nerves .
